Please Note: We only offer Weekly mowing schedules. No bi-weekly mowing is available.
Why no bi-weekly? We take pride in our work and want your lawn to be presentable & have a professionally manicured look at all times for potential clients as well as yourself to admire. Mowing weekly also is more beneficial for the lawn versus chopping off inches at a time stressing the lawn and leaving clumps of clippings in the lawn.
What are your rates? We give free estimates However all residential rates start at $35.00. You will be emailed your estimate for approval. currently we are not accepting small gated rear yards that require the use of a 21 inch mower. We use commercial mowers as shown in above pic and we require full accessibility to front & rear of yard. (no blockage from non running vehicles etc..)
Do i need to be home for services or estimate? No you do not need to be there during services or estimating as long as there are no locked gates or pets in the yard.
Do you require a signed contract? Not for residential However we require an e-signature approval simply stating you agree to the quote to maintain your lawn at the quoted rate.
How do i pay for services? ALL residential customers are required to place a credit/debit card on file in which will be charged at the end of each service completion. If in the event of a failed transaction, services will be placed on hold until payment has been made.
What is Credit Card on file? Credit card on file is the Best payment option for customers, eliminating the requirement to manually pay each week. Your card will be charged after each service without any requirements from you creating a Hassle Free solution for both parties. Your card numbers are encrypted and not seen by Image Lawn Service. Cards are processed by a third party. (Stripe payment processing co)
When are my payments due? For residential: payments are due upon completion of work. Your card will be charged at the end of each service completion.
What about the transaction fees to my card? We pay your transaction fees.
What's included for regular mowing services? Our weekly mowing services include mowing lawn areas, edging of the driveway and walkways surrounding your home, string trimming around all areas where mowers can't reach and blowing all clippings away.
What's NOT included but can be done for additional charges:
Do you bag or mulch grass clippings? We mulch grass clippings back into the lawn as it provides much needed nutrients & is healthy for your lawn. However for additional fees bagging clippings can be arranged at customers request.
Do you offer one time mowing? No, we only offer spots available for regular weekly customers at this time.
Can we request service on a specific day or a specific time of the day? No, we will try to accommodate your day request, but cannot guarantee it. We service specific areas on certain days of the week.
Do you service yards with dogs? No, unfortunately do to sanitary reasons we no longer accept clients with outside dogs.
Are you licensed and insured? Yes.

- weeding flower beds
- clearing weeds/tree branches higher than ground level along fence line.
